Easter

Easter has been a fun day so far and its not even lunch time yet! Jon got up to see that the Easter bunny brought him a cool new bike and then I made the Boys some Beignet's for breakfast and then after that we had to do our Easter egg hunt pretty shortly after cause it was going to rain, but we made it! Jon had so much fun looking for the eggs. The day before we colored some eggs which was just as much fun. We couldn't ask for a better weekend.

Finaly some nice weather

We have been having some pretty nice pretty nice weather, so we have been getting out of the house to watch the snow melt and play a little bit. Jon is always right behind Daddy being his little shadow and having a lot of fun helping him out.Just thought i would put up some pics of the baby belly, at 33 weeks we are getting close and I have had a few more problems then with Jon its not to bad yet I have also gained less weight then I did with Jon so far.

Jon is such a big helper, he saw daddy shoveling snow to help it melt faster so Jon helped and wow did he do such a good job
Jon found some grass under all that snow wow he didn't even realize what it was

Laundry, snow and more

Jon loves to be mommy's big helper when I snow blow so we got out his shovel and he shovels the snow around so he can help out too



Jon is getting sooooo tall but he is no match for all the snow that comes off the roof
We have gotten a lot of snow to say the least
Jon has been helping me do laundry and has been so helpful folding the close but sometimes he gets a little distracted and puts on the cloths instead. the pic above Jon put the shirt on through the arm hole and the one below he got it on all by himself but it is inside out


Daddy and Jon got mommy some flours for Valentines day it was so sweet

Winter Carnival

So I'm a little late with pics but here they are. We went to winter Carnival this year and had such a fun time. We took Jon around to see all the snow statues which he seemed to really enjoy.
We stopped to watch a little broom ball cause Jon loved it so much but then again he does love his hockey

We have been able to relax the last few weeks which has been a nice change of pace for us lately so I thought I would take sometime to put up some pics. Right now Joe has started to get the baby's room ready we have a bit of work to do on it but at least we have the time to do it at least for a month or so before he starts getting busy with traveling again but until then we have lots of things to keep us busy.The snow was really starting to pile up on us for a bit there but after I had gotten this pic we got a really nice warm up, its around 32 and rainy it feels like spring

When Jon is really missing his daddy he starts to put on all daddy's things like his hat a gloves and shoes, I do get normal shoes on him when we go out but if daddy is out of town he has to ware daddy's hat and gloves.

Christmas and New year

So we have been a super busy little family this month . Joe has been out of town almost every week with something going on and we went down state for Christmas and New Years , then it was back up to the UP with my mom, which was a nice visit . And now Joe is off for more trips. So Jon and I are keeping our selfs very busy with getting the room ready for the new little baby to come.
Jon is growing so fast lately, it amazes us sometimes and he picks up on everything. He has started to count now forwards and now backwards which is funny to listen to. He has also become a very helpful little boy by pick up after himself and helping mommy with chores around the house, now if we can only keep that up until he is 18 that would be nice. It seems like everyday he is learning something new they are amazing .daddy and Jon sledding down Granddads drive way

Baby #2

Well had just got our second ultra sound and we were going find out if the little one was a boy or a girl, however the little bugger didnt want to help us out . He or she was folded in half and every time we got close to seeing anything it would put its little hand in front so we couldn't see so the poor little thing just must be a little camera shy when it comes to the good but we should be getting another ultra sound next week when I see the Dr so hopefully then we will be able to tell.he or she is curled into a tinny ball the head is right next to the knees
